If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned within 40 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The customer will bear the shipping costs to return the item and will receive a refund later.

How to change size, color or item:

  • 1) Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tags still attached and with the receipt inside the package;
  • 2) Send a request for authorization to [email protected] ;
  • 3) Specify the name and quantity of the items you want to replace, the type of replacement (size, color, item);
  • 4) Proceed with sending the items;
  • 5) As soon as the goods have arrived in the store, we will check that the items are in the same initial conditions.
Refund Shipping to be paid by the customer.

In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer you will need to provide us with your IBAN to make a transfer to your account.
